From my initial consultation, to after operation care, Mr Platt and his team at St Hugh's have been wonderful. He was very clear in explaining the mammoplasty procedure, what it would entail and what recovery would and could look like. It really is difficult to put into words how brilliant my experience & care with Mr Platt has been. From my initial consultation I knew that he was the right fit for me. He listened and understood my problem and carefully explained the options which would be available to me and what would achieve the best results for me.At no point in the process was he pushy, he was happy for things to go at a pace that suited me. After previously having had a negative experience with a different surgeon elsewhere I was very nervous but Mr Platts manner is so cheerful, calm and kind and his experience shone through. He made me feel fully at ease and confident that I had made the right decision The results that Mr Platt has achieved for me from my surgery I am completely blown away with. In July 2023 I had an open rhinoplasty (removal of dorsal hump and refinement of tip) under the care of Dr Alastair Platt at St Hugh Hospital Grimsby. Both pre op consultations afforded me a space to discuss my hopes and expectations and for Alastair to openly inform me of the possibilities and best options to achieve my desired result.
